I write to you this spring amidst the happy news that we have emerged from the worst stages of the Covid pandemic after three years of hardship and challenges that we have never encountered before. We are reminded sadly that our colleague Bruce Jacoby, manager in our proxy department, was felled by Covid at the outset of the pandemic and passed away soon thereafter. Other Continental colleagues suffered greatly during the pandemic, and we are grateful for their continued contributions. It is noteworthy that because of our extremely dedicated staff, our customers were serviced seamlessly throughout, and there was no interruption or diminutions of our services. Quite an accomplishment!
