California Privacy Statement
The California Consumer Privacy Act (“CCPA”) was enacted in 2018 and took effect on January 1, 2020.
Because you are a shareholder or entity located in California, this legislation provides you certain privacy rights with regards to your personal information which we maintain in our shareholder records. Specifically, we may have email address information, your telephone number (“contact information”) and/or bank account information which have been provided to us, but which we are not required by law or regulation to maintain.
WE DO NOT BUY OR SELL PERSONAL INFORMATION.
However, we may at times, share your shareholder account information (excluding bank account detail) with our third-party providers. These providers assist us with certain Federal & State law compliance. We have obtained CCPA compliance confirmation and affirmation that no personal information is sold, from all third-party providers.
If you wish us to continue to maintain the aforementioned information, YOU NEED TO DO NOTHING FURTHER.
If, however, you wish us to delete this specific contact information and/or bank account information from your records on our files, please so advise by indicating your preference on the form below, which you may fill out and securely deliver to us by clicking the “submit” button.
