She is a dedicated customer service professional with a history in transfer agent shareholder relations, Corporate Actions, stock options, employee plans, restricted stock, and client services administration.

Charlotte handled numerous Fortune 500 companies specializing in restricted stock transfers, proxy services, annual/virtual meetings, coordinated mailings, dividends, dividend reinvestment plans and IRS tax reporting. She assessed and resolved both client and shareholder concerns to meet and exceed their expectations. She was responsible for introducing additional product services and opportunities for increased revenue and profitability.
